INTERNATIONAL or North American ORDERS:

Customer agrees to pay all taxes, duties, GST/HST or any other fees imposed by their Country of Residence and agrees to hold Quadra Technologies Inc or Signsaglow.com harmless for any claims to the contrary.


NON-DEFECTIVE PRODUCT: Any non-defective products sold by Quadra Technologies Inc that are still in their undamaged, original product packaging may be returned for replacement to Quadra Technologies Inc  within 30 days of purchase. After 15 days and up to 30 days, we will charge a 20% restocking fee for any non-defective returns. After 30 days, product cannot be returned for any reason unless warranty claim applies. Please call 1-604-539-5441 for a Return Goods Authorization (RMA) Number. This number needs to be clearly displayed on the shipping box or the package will be returned.

Customer is responsible for all ship-back expenses to Quadra Technologies Inc  and should insure the shipment for its full replacement value. Once Quadra Technologies Inc  has received any Returned Goods with the RMA Number clearly displayed on the box and ensures there has been no damage or tampering, we will issue the replacement or refund within 7 business days. If Quadra Technologies Inc  discovers that a product has been returned for reasons that are untrue or accepted under false pretenses, Quadra Technologies Inc  will charge customer the full value of any replacement products sent and return the original non-defective product immediately to the customer.

Any products sold by Quadra Technologies Inc where the original product packaging has been opened and damaged (but the product uninstalled & undamaged) may be returned to Quadra Technologies Inc  within 10 business days of purchase for a partial refund (20% restocking fee will apply) or replacement if the original product is non-defective. Please call 604-539-5441 for a Return Merchadise Authorization (RMA) Number. This number needs to be clearly displayed on the shipping box or the package will be returned to you. If customer tells Quadra Technologies Inc  that the original packaging was undisturbed or undamaged to avoid the 20% restocking fee, and, upon examination Quadra Technologies Inc  discovers that damage had occurred, Quadra Technologies Inc  reserves the right to charge customer the 20% restocking fee at will.

Special Orders which are custom made to clients requests and or specifications are sold on a NON-RETURN basis. Any non-defective Special Ordered products cannot be returned for any reason.


Customer Supplied CAD files or Emails:

If customer provides any CAD drawings and or sketches not produced by quadra technologies inc, we can not be held responsible for incomplete or incorrect measurements. Which means that if you have provided a request via email or send a CAD/Drawing that states or shows two holes and needed 4 holes after the fact, then this is not an error or ours and you agree not to hold quadra Technologies responsible.


Any products sold by Quadra Technologies Inc that have been damaged to to installation may not be returned for any reason, unless the product is defective. Photos of the item should be taken and emailed to Quadra technologies Inc.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT: which means Power supplies, Lights, Electric Eyes & remote controls
Defective product status will be determined by Quadra Technologies Inc only. If you believe your product is defective in any way, please call us at 604-539-5441, and we will first attempt to troubleshoot the problems by phone. In most cases, this resolves the issue. We are not trying to be funny or glib, but 99% of calls we get stem from lack of customer familiarity with hooking up power supplies when they are hardwired, not the technology itself. It really is extremely reliable.

 

If the problem cannot be resolved by phone, and the product is still in its Warranty Period, we will issue you an RMA Number to return the defective product for a replacement or repair. This number needs to be clearly displayed on the shipping box or the package will be returned to you. Once Quadra Technologies Inc  has received any Returned Goods with the RMA Number clearly displayed on the box and ensures there has been no damage or tampering, we will issue the replacement or repaired unit within 7 business days if we have it in stock. If it has to be ordered due to not having it in stock please allow 2-3 weeks.

Since it is our policy not to retain Customer Credit Card information, we will require a Credit Card number as collateral that the defective product will be returned. If we have not received the Returned Goods within 10 business days of sending the replacement, we will charge the Credit Card for the full replacement value of the product.

If a defective product has been replaced by Quadra Technologies Inc , and the replacement product fails to perform satisfactorily, customer may request a full refund for in house credit (NOT CASH REFUND) within 10 business days of installing the replacement product. Customer must still receive an RMA Number from Quadra Technologies Inc  by calling 604-539-5441 with the RMA Number clearly displayed on the shipping box. We will issue the refund for in house credit within 7 business days of receiving the product.

In the first 30 days, if a defective product claim is falsified by a customer and the product is indeed non-defective as determined by Quadra Technologies Inc , then the rules for non-defective products will apply. See above. If the product is over 30 days old, and the same scenario applies above - falsified claim, rejected warranty claim - customer will be charged full replacement value.

We will not accept any product return for any reason without an Quadra Technologies Inc issued RMA Number.
Shipping costs back to our factory is the responsibility of the purchaser.


Any damage caused by users - intentional or accidental - voids the Warranty and any Customer Claim to replacement or refund without paying a full replacement charge.

 

Shipping: If the product is damaged in transit (shipping) please take photos and contact the company who conducted the transportation and file a claim report with them. Quadra tecnologies inc has no control over how shipping companies may handle the goods, we crate and package all products to the best ability we can. Generally this is not a problem with courier companys handiling the goods.
